Can't get bart
I just can't get bart and I have done the nu-clear (idk how to spell it) and I'm at level 14 . Pls help!

You need to wait until you reach The Story that unlocks him. Reaching level 12 is just one requirement. He is pricy to get, it's cost 38900 dollars to get him.

You'll get him with the treehouse, just finish other quest unlock this quest.
