Cannot buy donuts

I bought donuts once. Have tried several times since and get a message of error. To wait for an email. Got the email but problem not fixed! Anyone else having trouble buying?

This is a Bug that can only be fixed by the powers behind the game mate - you need to submit an official help ticket via the game site - I am pretty sure that they will help you really fast considering the subject of this bug.

Thank you for your help. I complained to enough people and one day it worked.
