Hospital quest

My general hospital didn't start yet and I don't know why after I send some characters to dine at the trufle and krusty burger they were not sent for a check up and is annoying. What do you think happened?

There is a set of quests that are required in order to unlock that mission - some of which are NOT part of that mission set. Make sure that you have finished all of the OTHER missions first and then return to this one.
