I can not find Smithers

I can not find Smithers

While doing the parchment whip it day I pressed on Smithers but it said Error next to him when I hit him it takes me to Mr Burns and now I can not find Smithers in my game please help.

Delete Mr Burns house and place it back and Mr Smirgers will appear. Same happened to me.
