Can you play the same town on two devices?

I have an iPhone 4S and an iPad Air - am I able to access my town on both without any issues? Is there anything I need to do to make sure I don't lose any progress I've made?

Yes you can add your account to many devices, I use two (2) different kindles and my cell phone. You just cannot use them at the same time. Just sign in your account to each device.
