level change and Friendship level2
How come my level never get any high than 38? I get donuts but my level never changes any more. Next problem is friendship level when from 1 to level 2 put I did not received the next prize after I got another thousands it just when to FP1090/2000.

Level 38 is as high as TSTO goes; they have not released any Updates to go beyond level 38. This is why they award you a bunch of XPs and (some) Donuts) when you complete the level. Take a look at your friends on TSTO: You will see that NOBODY is past level 38.
As to the friendship level advancing: You should receive a wheel shaped thingy after the first 200 FPs are attained, and then there is another award (Homer's car) at the second 2000 points. You need to go into your inventory (the box on the inventory menu) to find these Items.
