Why can't I visit my friends Springfield?
Every time I go to visit my friends Springfield it keeps saying they newer content time to update but I don't know how to update

That message indicates that your friend needs to patch their game to the most recent patch -- not you, because the game does not actually allow you to load it if you have not patched it with a required patch. Email your mate and ask them to Update their game.
