Springfield Elementary

I'm currently level 12 and have $29231 , I have milhouse and the pink/purple houses. I did the shopping task with Lisa and Milhouse and then did the next weeks homework quest with Lisa however I still haven't been given the quest to build springfield elementary. Help please!!

I totally feel your pain... The thing is, in order to unlock Springfield Elementary School you will need to have reached Level 8 for your town and to have Lisa Simpson complete the quest “We Do Need Yes Education Pt. 2.”

The actual purchasing of the school requires you to spend $10,500 and to have sufficient available space by purchasing Expansion lots for your town. The completion of the school adds a whole new set of Tasks to the game, as well as New Quests, and adds the character Principal Skinner to your town.

The school is required in order to advance the job state for Characters and unlock advanced jobs and Buildings including (but not limited to) Bart and Lisa Simpson, Edna Krabappel (RIP), Willie the Janitor, Jimbo, Kearney, Martin, Milhouse, Nelson, Ralph, Kirk Van Houten (Milhouses' Dad), and Skinner -- and the special characters Suzanne the Witch and the ghost of Maude Flanders to name just a few.
