My Krusty Land isn't generating quests

I haven't had quests for months now. When I go to the shop, there is one item unavailable and it says reach level 27 and complete the Investorettes Pt 4 quest. I am way past level 27 but can't seem to work out how to complete this quest. Any ideas guys? Thanks.

Bearing in mind that the town level only represents the first and minimum step towards gaining access to a given quest, there are also prerequisite quests that lead to other quests. Your best approach is to check the Guide on Supercheats to see which quests are required to unlock the one you want to do.
