Springfield General Hospital??

On level 24, hospital still locked. What quest must I do to unlock hospital??

Just keep playing. I was thinking the same thing when it originally told me to build the hospital and it continued to be locked. Just keep a cool head and continue to do other quests. Save up a crap load of Money and it will show up sooner then later. Just keep going and trust me you'll see it.

Build the doctors clinic. Then the doctor has to go through some quests before deciding to build the hospital to make more Money, and the hospital will unlock.

Hi I'm having the same issue and I'm on level 38. I've replayed the quest over and over yet it is still locked.

Hi: Justn reached level 41 and BINGO it has allowed me to send people to Dr Hibbert and finally build that Hospital, keep plugging away and you will get the job done

I'm at level 42 and I still can't unlock the hospital. I'm not quite sure what I have to do.. I'm sending people to Dr.Hibbert for check up and still not getting up a quest to build the hospital. Please help :(

Same thing here! did all quests now just 3 left and all of them need the locked general hospital. any ideas? (i have a lot of houses and the 2 different krusty burgers)

^Same here max level 46 and no hospital yet, all quests done except those three that require the hospital. Anyone ever find a solution?

Destroy everything in his town adding inventory using the "store everything" that seems an atomic explosion. Make your city again. Activities to build the General Hospital will release. I did it in my city and worked. I started to rebuild and activities to release appeared Hospital.
