Question for The Simpsons: Tapped Out

Hey I'm trying to purchase the all donuts item but after I submit my origin account information window pops up saying that I need to provide the login information but I just did what can I do

Check your account on the Origin server to be sure that all of the required information is there and correct, then try again?
