Question for The Simpsons: Tapped Out

I was on level 14 nearly 15 and then randomly made me start the whole game again?! How to I fix it not starting again?!

Thats exactly what happened to me -.- and plus it deletes it when you try log in again I started again and am doing better then my old one,
