No, but it did en to me onetime. I deleted the app and reinstalled it and my game game back. Or you can play it through until it asked you to add friends and then login on your origin and it will pick up your Springfield. Hope this helped..

This happend to me and there was no way out of it your going to have to start again sorry pal unlucky
