Tap on either Homer or Lisa then tap 'clean up Springfield' they will then stand near the trash until 6 seconds is up you then tap on the thumbs up and the trash is gone.

Its easy just make Homer or Lisa clean it up in tasks

Homer and Lisa have a Clean Up Springfield task. Only takes a few seconds and pays good for the time.
