Question for The Simpsons: Tapped Out
Hello, I cannot load my game and play. Every time time that I try to play, it freezes and you hear the continual sound of a harp. This happens every time after I it has the welcome back and tap anywhere to continue message at the bottom of the screen. I have tried deleting and then re-installing the app to no avail. Is there anything that you can recommend.?

I had the same problem for over a week.. This is what I did AND IT WORKED. I went into my phone setting and set the auto-lock to never and turned the volume all the way down. Then went back to load the game aprox. 30 min. Later the game loaded. It did kick me out but I loaded it again eventually it worked. Now it works without a problem. Hope it works for you.
