Question for The Simpsons: Tapped Out

HELP!! I cannot get into the game now. Every time I try, the game crashes once I have logged in and click to go into the game. This happened to a friend a while back and he was locked out for TWO WEEKS!! It's been almost a week for me, and reinstalling the app has not helped!! Any idea how to fix this on my own??

I got the same, every time I hear I sound again and again but I wont work on my ipad or iphone. HELP

I got the same problem, I wont work on my iphone or ipad. I hear the same sound over and over when I start up the game. HELP ME !!!!!

I had the same issue during 5 days, and today I have finally got back to my Springfield, it took me more than 15 minutes to wait, and then - I came in, I read some Tips at ea forum, which was to switch off automatically lock the screen in IPad setting, first it did't work, I tried and tried, couple of times but after 15 or more minutes the game went black and took me back to my home menu, then I read some suggestions to use iPhone instead of iPad, so I tried and it worked from the 1st trySmile
More than that I got more than 800 donut playing the level up game, having already entered my Springfield Smile so, good luck!
