Question for The Simpsons: Tapped Out
I had just built wiggums house and levelled up at the same time. I tapped ok when it said you have completed the quest part 1 then my game crashed/jammed and a chiming noise keeps repeating. Tryed restarting the game and I tap to play. Donut turns then stops and chiming starts again. Can't get to play the game and have tried deleting and downloading the app again but the same thing keeps happening. Any help would be appreciated. Magsie666

The same was with me, I just finally got the Hospital, sent Hibbert to do his 24h job and then - this weird sound appeared, it happened yesterday, today I tried to resign in - same story - this annoying sound and can't see my town at all, just the "rolling donut" menu :(((

having same issue - i tried it on my ipad and my iPhone, restarting the game, logging out and back in but each time it does the stupid chiming noise - they better fix it !!!

having same issue - chiming noise kept going on even though i tried restarting the game, logging out then in or just waiting to see if the chiming stopped and it went into the game

As I can see, I am not the only one, it's already four days that I can't enter my Springfield :((( I was hoping last 2mb update would help, but it didn't . Interesting is that I can see my Springfield using my other account and entering it as a guest- friend, everybody walking around doing nothing((( so painful ... Hope it will be fixed as soon as possible, I'm on level 26, and hope I will be able to continue my Springfield Tina_Z25 answered:
I had the same issue during 5 days, and today I have finally got back to my Springfield, it took me more than 15 minutes to wait, and then - I came in, I read some Tips at ea forum, which was to switch off automatically lock the screen in IPad setting, first it did't work, I tried and tried, couple of times but after 15 or more minutes the game went black and took me back to my home menu, then I read some suggestions to use iPhone instead of iPad, so I tried and it worked from the 1st try
More than that I got more than 800 donut playing the level up game, having already entered my Springfield so, good luck!

Please fix this for me. The game, The Simpsons Tapped Out has put me all the way back again and I was on level 45 after it came back for last night, and now it's back to square wrong. I ask that you please fix this permanently.thank you for your time.
