When you sell a quest or one-off Building(and we think you should NOT be permitted to) but when you do, it is gone mates. So if there is no mechanism in place to buy a new one - and there is not - you are SOL. The only option you have is to submit an official help request and get lucky and have them replace the house.

They updated the store a few months ago. Go to the store in tapped out. You will see an arrow on the left. Tap the 'Characters' category and scroll to the Van Houten house. Tap on it and place it to rebuild it.If you are still looking for help with this game we have more questions and answers for you to check.
