Question for The Simpsons: Tapped Out

I have a quest for mr plow to attend church but he can't it's mr plow part 6 on my game it also told me at level 13 to build the church when I reach level 14 did and it will not let me by it says a quest is repaired mr plow attending church and me building it are all part of my task for mr plow and I don't know why level 16 now still have the task to build it and attend and it won't let me help me please

Swap homers costume to regular, then get Money for church, build it, then swap back into plow costume Smile hope this helps
