Santa coins sir. That is the key. Get a bunch of friends and visit their xmas houses. 3 coins per person. Take them and buy the stockings. Ive gotten 1, 2, and 3, Donuts a lot of the time. I got 38. And some reindeer.

You can also get extra doughnuts by getting Lisa and Homer to clean up the town. That along with keeping tapping Homer while he is in the pool challenge will get you another 10 plus the statue. I was lucky enough to get plenty exchanging my Xmas coins for the goodie bags, and way too many reindeer lol. Happy playing.
