I'm on level 24 and it reset to level 1. Now it's been weeks since this happened. I want my Springfield
Back :( that's months and months of dedication and

Exact same thing happened to me a week ago. I'd been playing for 4 months and got to level 24, had lots of Cash and doughnuts and it's all gone. I can't find a fix. I'm desperate to get my town back.

Have a feeling the same thing is going to happen to me, I'm on level 24 and have been stuck on enough points to go to level 25 now for 2 days but it is not Leveling me up, so waste of 4 months

What you should do is go back onto the game and tap the origin icon and sign back into your account and your old Springfield should be there

That would be fine if it would let me log in. It wants me to set up a new account. It won't accept my username anymore..

Try uninstalling and reinstalling it that's what I did and I have got my town back

I uninstalled & reinstalled and came back up ok
