Anybody knows what will happen to all the Christmas coins and Halloween coins?

The Halloween candy is already gone. The Santa Coins will just disappear whenever they end the Christmas Update, probably in January sometime.

Click the question mark beside the task book where your santa coin total is, it says January 3rd is when the event ends

The santa coins and the halloween coins (after the events) get deleted from the game.
