How do I delete a river from my Springfield? I'm trying to rearrange my town and I need to move where I placed my river but I can't figure out how...

You should be able to delete the river using the "move" arrow symbol. Just tap the river you want to delete.

Use the dirt function from the build menu, and fill in the river. You will then be able to build on top of the dirt.
