Question for The Simpsons: Tapped Out

On December 7/12 I tried logging I to Simpsons and it was not connecting me. I got through the next day but it started me back at level 1 and I have since been unable to retrieve my level 24 status. Is there anything that can be done to retrieve it?

Log in using your user name or email address and original password it should bring you back to your original origin.
