Question for The Simpsons: Tapped Out
How do I unlock the police station and town hall and all the other buldings that I'm passed the required level for. Im on level 22 but still can't unlock things tht only needed level 17?

Not only do you have to meet the level requirement but you also must have progressed enough in the storyline to get some Items. Many items are triggered by quests and that needs a prompt from a character. By waiting thirty seconds before assigning a new task after collecting on one, it often will trigger the explanation mark prompt for a new quest.
