Question for The Simpsons: Tapped Out

So I lost all 30 of my friends for some reason and can't add more do not feel I did any thing to have this happen can't access orgin either wt is up

Glad to see I'm not the only one having this problem. I really don't want to reinstall the app, but that might be my next step.

All of mine are gone as well. I just logged in and all 25-35 of my friends are gone too. What gives?

All my friends are gone too today! I had about 6 and all are gone except the default friend town.

I had the same problem. Just delete and reinstall The Simpsons tapout.(I know you might be worried that if you delete it you might lose all data, but if you have an origin accout it will be saved regardless) It might take you too the "reconnecting server" page a couple of times before it works. Let it download and if you had a origin account it should bring you're Springfield back with all of you're friends.

** I did this on my ipad. I cannot varifiy if it will work on other devices.**

This happened to me too.
What I did to fix it:
1. Force close the app (double click iPhone button and then hold down Tapped Out icon until you see the red minus sign, and then click minus sign)
2. Turn off phone
3. Turn phone back on

That should work. If you still don't see your friends, force close the app (or turn off phone if needed) until the opening screen for Tapped Out has your username, "Click to Continue," and "Logout" on it. Click Logout, and then it will go to an opening screen with Login at the bottom left. Log in again.

A couple days ago my game wouldn't load, it was stuck on the loading screen so the only way to get around it was to uninstall and reinstall the app. Unfortunately this did not seem to help as my game just lost all of my friends as well, so I have the same issue. My advice is to be patient with the idiots programming at EA because Origin is down, and needs some patching. They have never been perfectionists when I comes to any game other than Madden. Laziness is the problem.

I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, yet now I get the "cannot connect to Server" message.

I click retry but all it does is giving me the spinning donut in the corner then to reconnect in X amount of seconds.

Uninstalled the App again.
Shut down my phone.
Installed the App AGAIN.
Opened App and AGAIN - cannot connect to server.

Total BS....
