Question for The Simpsons: Tapped Out

I have earned enough XP to level up but the game hasn't done it. I'm stuck on level 23...help!!! I've tried re-installing, logging out and back in...any suggestions?

Simply put, So Far this is the highest level .... And what Really Sucks is how, by now, you ought to be really raking in tons of XP ... AND you will get No Credit at All for them ! Just the Money earned ! I am hoping that an Xmas Update will take care of this ... But who knows ?
