How do I unlock on Level 6 to build Cletus' farm? Already on level 8.

In the Guide section, the middle stage part II level 11 and 12. This is explained. Basically the Buildings have minimum level requirements, but when the level is achieved you don't get the Building unlocked until you do certain quests. If you are following your task book and doing each thing each character is prompt to do you will get there just have to be patient. Hope this helps.
