How do I get to the mission that I need to build the comicstore? I'm om lvl 13 and now I'm stuck on the mission!

Go to the game Guide and go through and make sure you have everything your supposed to up to that point e.g. Willies shack, 17 brown houses etc. May need to back up iPad and delete and reinstall game. I found this info through this website somewhere.
