Question for The Simpsons: Tapped Out

Why isn't it letting me play? It works for about 45 seconds and then kicks me out of the app. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that didn't work.
Help me plz

I've got this game on my iPhone and it won't let me add my friends town on my game. Does anyone know how I can fix this? As it works the other way round on my friends phone.
