Question for The Simpsons: Tapped Out

My friends game woouldnt let her go on the game when she was on her account it just keeps saying connect to serevr. So I let her log in on my phone and now it wont let me log out so I can't go on my game. I have deleted it numerous times. Is there anyone who can help?

If you log into origin online and edit you're settings and set urs up to a new email address the. When you go on the game it will say you loged out n let you log back into urs
