Question for The Simpsons: Tapped Out

I cannot play the game for the last two days.everytime I try to log in,it says cannot connect to server.but I have full wifi connection,n everything seems to work perfect xcept tapped out.I'm addicted to it.please help

Don't worry try clicking retry over and over and if that doesn't work go to settings disconnect and re-connect your wifi if all of the above doesn't help I have another way but it's kinda complicated to explain tell me if it works or not

i'm having the same problem!!!! I've tried the following:
- close the app and restart
- delete the app and reload
- turn off wifi and try without
- turn off phone and try

NONE have worked....please help!!!!
