The fire demon is Devil Flanders and he turns into the fire demon while doing his 60 min task. The race car was a free gift that was given away last month. If you missed the window to claim it than I think you're out of luck.

The fire demon is actually Ned Flanders dressed as the devil doing a task (showing his wrath). You should get a quest sometime to get the Ned Flanders devil character.
The Duff racecar was a random daily prize they gave everyone who played on a certain day a few weeks ago (it was to celebrate something but I can't remember exactly what it was something like the xxx number of Simpson epidode airing that night?).
