Question for The Simpsons: Tapped Out

How do you unlock the Crusty the Clown doll? And also in my friend's towns I have seen the Flanders devil,how did they get it and why isn't he in the 'treehouse of horror XXIII' character collections?

I don't know how to get the doll but the devil is a skin like Mayan homer just wait and you will get it

As far as Flanders devil, you get it once you complete 3 tasks with Mayan Hommer and Lisa have to be free at the same time

Since the two above have explained devil Flanders, once you get devil Flanders you will do 3 tasks involving him and the 3rd is homers request. 3rd part to devil Flanders will unlock the house of evil. The Krusty doll doesn't do much and the only interaction is from homer running away from him. Enjoy!

When you do certain task you'll open up costume for devil outfit. Not sure bout Krusty doll yet as not got that far!

They appear as you progress through missions, the cemetaries werent in the menu either

Hey I have Krusty Doll and Devil Flander and I just got them by completing Treehouse of Horror Quests and you will get him soon. And yiu have to have the Treehouse Of Horror to get them
