Question for The Simpsons: Tapped Out

Why can I not log out of the Simpsons game and re log onto it. I cannot connect to the server at all, but even if I log off, it still has me as being logged on as anonymous. I want to log off that and log on as me.

Since I updated to ios6 I have the same problem on my iPad, but can log in on my iPhone
