Hello I played this game since one hour ago I was in level 17 and when I opened again it started from the beginning I made sign in from the beginning and now says that I'm anonynous and I have to sign in my question is who can I do that???to sign again?Thanks

Turn the game off completely and start it up again. Once you see the Tapped Out intro picture, it will say looking for Updates. When it is done that, you'll see a tiny little "login" in the left hand lower corner. Tap it, than log in with your Origin account. If you're on an iPhone, exit the game and double tap your home button, then close the game down by resting your finger over the Tapped Out badge until an "x" appears, than tap the "x" and hit your home button again and restart the game.
