Question for The Simpsons: Tapped Out

When I entered an email for the account I thought it was where to find a friend, so it wasn't my email added. How do I change the email to MY account and not the other person? Help please

My boyfriend can't get into his tapped out because he doesn't remember his email address. He only knows his username but nothing seems to work, is there any way I can help him he doesn't know his email address to even get messages.
