Question for The Simpsons: Tapped Out

What activates the quest to get the Springfield library? I'm already past level 12 it was added with the last update of the game.

I got it when skinner was done with a quest I sent him on. I was on level 17, and trying to earn Money for a police station. I think Bart first has to have a quest to skip school, and the dialogue says something like Bart wants Lisa to cover for him. (8 hours if skipping school, and skinner has a statement, where he then knows Bart skipped school. ) then Lisa prods you to build a library.

It depends on quest. Which u have done. Not on the game as it is. So if u do not have much money, your playing is slow, so u also have done much less quests.

For all the people saying I can't get Bart , first get Mr.Burns to read the necronomicon and then make Lisa and Milhouse go to school together and the buy Bart's treehouse.

My cousin has the money and is level 12 and can't get the library and the boy but it wont get it. He made Bart skip school but still nothing. What should he do?

The quest where Bart skips school and wants Lisa to cover for him. After he's done Skipping School tap Skinner to activate the quest.

First you have to let Burns finish two queste. After that milhouse Will ask Lisa to walk to school together. Thatsall when hè tells how to unlock Barts treehouse. Than Bart has to skip school and ask Lisa to cover up for him. Then THE queste for THE library is started.

I've done the Bart quest and nothing ever popped up about a library. This is my only problem with the game, it should allow you to choose the quest you want to play as long as you have reached or exceeded the appropriate level :/

I've unlocked bumblebeeman and he's asking for the library, but it's locked. I'm on level 12... Tad annoying, especially with all the limited edition quests for halloween and thanksgiving. Poor programming

What I've worked out is that the quests have to go in sequence, that is the sequence they are in the "build strip" as they become unlocked..so if you have gone through the levels too quickly, you have to just keep plodding through all the various Buildings (houses, quests, side-quest etc) till it catches up and synchronises again. Poor programming, but there you go! Home it helps.

And if you complete the task of making bart skip school it will let you start Building the library soon after you've finished that

I am on level 22 just got Gil Update and now the library is a possible buy. I didn't have any prompt to build it

I am level 13 and need to build the Springfield library and I got the priest where I have to get the chosen one and I still have the library locked which I was supposed to unlock it in lvl 12 I need lisa to do me a quest and I can't please help me I need to find the meaning of a sign......

I'm on level 14 I left lisa and milhouse over night then there quest to go to school comes up after the quest you unlock bart in the tree house I'm waiting for bart to finish his skipping school quest hopefully I can get the library. Add me Henrokc

As long as you keep playing the game and finish getting Bart play a little longer and the quest will begin
