How do I open the globe on the secret of grisly manor

Use the colors that spell 'love' on the refrigerator magnets, those are the colors that the combination go in.
NOTE* there are 2 different types of greens so the darker one would be the correct choice
To open the Globe you must go to the fridge and use the magnets to spell the word 'love' (referring to Grandpa's love for Daisey). Use the colours of the magnets that spell out love (green, orange,red and purple) and adjust the levers on the globe to the colours in that order. The globe will then open
Love is the key to the world, get it? (use the fridge magnets to figure the colours)
I did the color's (green, orange, red, and purple) correct order but it didn't work. Why?
You have to open the study before the code will work
Mine won't open, green-orange-red-purple. Game fault?
