Question for Tap Zoo

I haven't been able to play Tap Zoo since April. Every time I try it just says cannot connect to server. I have money tied up in this game and I would really like to get back on. Can someone please help me get back to my animals. Also I play Pet Zoo and I need to do things in Tap Zoo to complete the steps.This is very annoying and frustrating. I hope someone has the magic answer and soon.

If you play tap zoo and if it say can not connect to sever that means you have not payed for the internet or your phone or ipad is not connected to the internet

If you have been cheating in some way you may have been blocked .. It happened to me.
