Final quest for "Storm's a comin'" wants me to "Tap the tall monument we've found" What monument is that?

It is under the secret of the golden hind- it is the tower with the flowers.
You have to tap the tallest monument that you have discovered at that point in the game. Early in the game you needed stone to fix the library in order to break the curse. It is a white stone building surrounded by purplish flowers. It is on the second or third island that opened up in the game.(Depending on how your game played out.)
