9 Girls, Supposed to Have 11?

So I tried to delete and re-start, and when I was making this girl the pop-up came up and forced me back into my old world. Except I was missing two girls (I had 11, now have 9), there's hourglasses on EVERYTHING, and all the clothes changed to the blue beginner dress and Andrea's first clothes. HELP!

Note: I can't logout of everything, so don't mention that. Also, all I wanted to do was delete. But if I can't just help with this.

That happened to me, it will go away mine took 1 month but it could be quicker or slower for yours.

Or you can see if there is an update in the App Store if not try the first way.
