You have to get all the treasures.

If not it's a glitch

click your inventory go to setting and find the achievements scroll down to find what you are lacking hope this help you attain the 100 %

It may be a bug of the game.... I faced it also...I completed the game straight 3 times with all treasures(I actually knew all their location as previously I achieved 100%) and killed master of chaos 3 times ... All achievements were completed still it shows 99%.....reinstalling it will fix it..or may.......but be sure you really completed everything... As I completed 100% previously I was able to confirm that it was a bug.....if you wanna still see it as 100% you can manually hack it using cheatdroid or game guardian... But I am not sure about it..

Probably, all of you missing some houses in the cities. In 100% you have to visit every possible location including healers' houses, which you may have missed

Its probably the healer's house that you have missed to visit. For me when I visited the healer that I didn't visit throughout the game, my game progress finally breaks 100% from 99%
