Customers come in and say that it is stinky or gross but there is no trash anywhere around and it takes away my thumbs up. So it is nearly impossible for me to get my like high because of this

This happened to me however when I did a quest requesting me to get decorations my customers stopped saying gross or stinky. So in conclusion you might want to put up paintings of put sweet cabinets ect.. Hope this helps and good luck!
