How do I collect shells on super jetpack penguin or do I have to buy them.

ChaosTrend say: Good question. Super Jetpack Penguin doesn't have shells that you can earn yet, so for the time being you have to buy them using in app purchase. But in future updates we will be adding in a way to convert penguin coins to shells.
Is there a problem with level 39 on Super JetPack Penguin? I've collected all the stripy fish but I still can't get gold star. I have a gold star for every level except for this one :(
