Once you pick up the super sneakers, you will need to pick up another pair before the timer runs out. You need to repeat the process in order for the skill to last at least 2 minutes. With a little skill and a lot of luck it is possible.
Make sure your upgrade for super sneakers is set to full so that the skill will last at least 30 seconds. It is also helpful to have plenty of hoverboards. I bought and selected the daredevil because it is fast and helps get to the next skill before the timer runs out. Be aware that picking up a jetback will pause both timers for super sneakers and hoverboard. The time spent using a jetback will not count towards your mission time.

Use bouncer board continously, it will be clear easily
