Well first you have to go to Game Center or Facebook once connected your ne will change. If not have Facebook or twitter you log in to Game Center and make a new account with a different name

How do you change your name on subway surfers

When you connect to Facebook, Subway Surfers will automatically use your name and picture from there. It is not possible manually to add or change your picture and name in Subway Surfers.
If you don't get the Facebook login option and you can't find it in the Settings menu, it means you are considered too young to connect with Facebook in Subway Surfers according to the age you have entered in the game.
