All my people want me to feed them chocolates but I can't figure out how. Ive researched online how and some people say I should have a building in my inventory. There is nothing there... So how do I make chocolates??

They are correct. You should have a building called a Treat Shop. I got it while playing the Christmas Update. Sorry that you can't find the building in your inventory.
