Yes if you have 10 ultimate head starts pause the game immediately after pressing the boost and while it's counting down there should show the dash boost still and you have to constantly spam it but be careful you're phone will lag like hell if done correctly and there is little chance that you will be able to activate it
How to play as ever player without buying them
Well they give you "tips" while it's loading but they're really about buying stuff or how to play. The only real cheats are the dash and revive tokens. The dash you have to get yellow rings to fill dash meter. When dash meter turns orange press arrow below it and Sonic can jump over cliffs and dodge obstacles without your help for a little while. But watch your dash meter because you could kill yourself if you dash mode is over and you think it isn't. Revive tokens you have to buy for red rings but sometimes they give you a free if you watch a short video.
