What with Sonic?

I was looking through the game when I saw this picture of Sonic (creepy version) and a message in Japanese! If you know what *it* is plz tell me!

That is an Easter egg accessed by inputting PCM 12 the 25 in Sound Test. The Japanese message translates : Fun is infinite with Sega Enterprises. Majin.
